This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to the sale, delivery, shipment, and return of goods supplied by TITAN CORP GENERAL TRADING – L.L.C – S.P.C, a company incorporated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, holding Commercial Trade License No. CN-5892032 (“TITAN”, “TITAN CORP”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), to its customers (“Buyer”).
This Policy is intended to apply to both local UAE sales and international export sales, whether or not a separate sales and purchase agreement is executed. Where applicable, this Policy should be read together with the Order Documentation, the General Terms & Conditions of Sale, and any other agreed contractual documents.
A. GENERAL SHIPPING PRINCIPLES

1. Order Processing
2. Delivery Dates
2.1. Any delivery or shipment dates provided are estimates only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
2.2. TITAN shall not be liable for delays caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including carrier delays, port congestion, customs clearance, or Buyer-related issues.
3. Documentation
3.2. Typical documentation may include, as applicable:
a) commercial invoice;
b) delivery note or packing list;
c) transport documentation; and
d) any other documents expressly agreed for the transaction
B. UAE LOCAL SALES
(APPLIES TO ALL SALES ORDERS WHERE GOODS ARE SUPPLIED WITHIN THE UAE)
4. Delivery Options
4.1. Goods may be delivered to the Buyer’s nominated UAE location or made available for collection, as agreed in the Order Documentation.
4.2. Delivery arrangements, including vehicle type and access requirements, must be suitable for the nature of the goods.
5. Unloading, Waiting Time and Failed Delivery
5.1. The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and that unloading can occur promptly upon arrival.
5.2. Any waiting time beyond a reasonable free period, failed delivery attempts, or delays caused by the Buyer may result in additional charges, including waiting time, re-delivery, or storage costs.
5.3. TITAN reserves the right to invoice such additional costs where incurred as long as it notifies the Buyer of any additional fees in advance.
6. Risk and Insurance (Local Sales)
6.1. Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery to the agreed location or upon collection by the Buyer or its carrier, whichever occurs first.
6.2. Insurance during local transport is the responsibility of the party bearing risk, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
C. INTERNATIONAL / EXPORT SALES
(APPLIES TO ALL SALES ORDERS WHERE GOODS ARE SUPPLIED OUTSIDE THE UAE)
7. Incoterms
7.1. All export sales are governed by the Incoterms expressly stated in the Order Documentation.
7.2. References to Incoterms are to the ICC Incoterms in force at the time the Sales Transaction is formed.
8. Shipping and Export Documentation
8.1. TITAN shall provide export and shipping documentation as agreed in the Order Documentation or required under the applicable Incoterms.
8.2. The Buyer is responsible for import customs clearance, duties, taxes, and compliance with laws and regulations at the destination.
9. Demurrage, Detention and Port Charges
10. Insurance (Export Sales)
10.1. Responsibility for insurance depends on the Incoterms agreed.
10.2. Where insurance is not included under the applicable Incoterms (e.g. EXW or FCA), the Buyer is responsible for arranging appropriate coverage.
D. RETURNS POLICY
(APPLIES TO ALL SALES ORDERS)
11. Faulty or Damaged Goods
b)issue a credit note.
12. Non-Returnable Goods
12.1. Goods are not returnable due to change of mind, over-ordering, or incorrect ordering by the Buyer.
12.2. Buyers are responsible for reviewing specifications and order details prior to confirmation.
13. Return Process
13.1. Returns must not be made without prior written approval from TITAN.
13.2. TITAN will provide instructions regarding return shipment or collection where a return is approved.
14. Goods in Return Transit
14.1. For approved returns, TITAN assumes responsibility for goods only once collected by its designated carrier.
14.2. Until collection, goods remain at the Buyer’s risk and care.
